“It is essential to love, it is essential to hold, it is essential to be alone, it is essential to grieve, it is essential to seek comfort, it is essential to be.”

Essential is a sculptural performance about essential phases in our emotional being as a young adult. Three performers seek their individual essentials, by -being/focussing on the – collective. A performance about movement, embracing, jumping and stillness.
