Melanie Maria is also active as Survivor Ambassador for Domestic Violence. Since 2019 she works together with the organization Victim Support Europe, based in Brussels. Melanie Maria creates videos and visuals for campaigns and gives lectures/readings about her own experiences with domestic violence.
